Please read before your appointment

Please aim to arrive 10minutes prior to your scheduled massage to permit ample time for parking and check-in. As a courtesy to other members and guests, we must start and end each massage service at the scheduled time; accordingly, we will not be able to extend the time of your service if you arrive late. 

A booked massage may be canceled by calling the clinic and speaking to a clinic coordinator.  Please be aware of our late cancellation policy. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or rebook your massage appointment. We charge $39 cancel/rebooking fee to the credit card on file to compensate our staff for missed wages when there is a last minute cancellation. A No Call/No Show occurrence will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.

You don't need a membership, Our massages are affordable, so you may buy a single service or buy a series package to get even lower rates.

A membership may be canceled after the 9 months agreement with a 30 day notice via email to : info@massageelevate.com or in person at the clinic of your choice.  An early termination fee of $299 will apply if canceled less than 9 months.

Membership massages are not transferable.  However, massages purchased from a series are transferable to anyone.  Membership massages expire and must be used by the end of year in which they were acquired.

Yes, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. 

Yes, please note all massages include time for dressing, consultation and undressing. For example, an hour massage will be 50 minute hands on experience.
